Question Title Where did remote assistance go?
In SecureIT 2009, we have added a diagnostic check before the support options to allow SecureIT to repair any issues in the basic view.   
 
From the Management Console, click on the "Help & Support" button and there will be a quick diagnostics check of SecureIT. If there are any issues found, you will be able to click the button "Click to Resolve" to fix the issue. If there are no issues found, you will have the option to go to our Resource Center to search for resources to solve issues that do not pertain to SecureIT or other issues we can help you with.
 
If SecureIT Plus and Live users still have questions, they can click the link "Click for Further Support Options" and they can access our live chat queue or call our toll free number.
