How do I get rid of popups that won't go away?

In the Management Console, ensure that all the status boxes are green. If a status box is not green, click on "Click to Resolve" to fix the issue. Then click "Run Security Scans." If there are infections on your computer, this will remove them.

If you have SecureIT Plus or SecureIT Live and you are still seeing unwanted popups or suspicious activity on the computer, you can contact our support center for further clean up. Open the Management Console and click "Help & Support." There will be a quick diagnostics check of SecureIT. After that is completed, you can click the link "Click for Further Support Options" and you can access our live chat queue or call from our toll free number.
