When I check my protection status, the console will say I'm protected, then 5 minutes later, it's turned off. Computer is inexplicable launching I-tunes upon startup & making it difficult to turn that off. Won't upload my photos when I ask it to. I've run the advanced scan, and it says there are no detected threats, but I know something is obviously wrong.

Please browse to the following directory and run the file specified below:

1.Open My Computer or Computer from the start menu
2.Open folder "Program Files"
3.Open folder "SecureIT"
4.Open folder "tools"
5.Open folder "CleverAssist"
6.Open folder "scripts"
7.Run the files "ufc" or "ufc.bat"
8.That should open a black box
9.If it fails to open that box and stay open try several more times
10.Allow that to run
11.Once it finishes you will have a notepad document "removed.txt"
12.Please post results
