I have had problems with internet explorer shutting down in the middle of working- I have one internet site that does it consistantly, so I'm assuming there must be something blocking an action on that site, but other times it doesn't seem to make any sense why it would shut down. The website I mentioned shuts down right when I'm asking it to display a prescription to be printed out- any help? is this the place to go for help?

Lets try disabling SecureIT and see if it's the cause.

Try the steps below:

1.Open the SecureIT Management Console
2.Open Advanced Settings
3.Check Disable All Security Protection
4.Then click "I understand"
5.Then lets try that web site again.
6. Please post back with results

The website worked when I disabled secureit-
As I think about this, it happened once before with this website which was just updated, and I think last time I had the popup blocker removed for this specific website- does that make sense?
If so how do I go about doing that?

Not sure I tested this on my side and the site worked and was not blocked.

You could add that site to the white list
Try the steps below:

5.Then click "Add"
6.Next enter http://www.vetpharminc.com/*
7.Press "Ok" then "Save"
8.Then try going to that site again

I added the website to the whitelist but it still blocks the "prescription" popup-
I imagine there is a different address to enter in once I'm logged in? I have no problem accessing the website, its only when I'm trying to view a prescription (which must be considered a popup) I'd like to get this on the whitelist if possible so I don't have to disable the popup blocker everytime I view a script-
Is there anyway I could have someone walk me thru this?

5.Locate the desired site click on it to highlight
6.Then click "Add to White List"
7.Press "Save"
8.Then try going to that site again
6. Please post back with the site location (which should be different from http://www.vetpharminc.com/)
